Juliet studied Textiles and Management leading to 5 years with Textile Company Courtaulds. She was lucky enough to work with Designers such as Paul Smith, Jean Paul Gaultier and John Galliano.

In 1995, Juliet set up Bluebear PR, which now mainly focus on the craft sector helping establish and grow brands and businesses by improving their communications.

In 2008 Juliet was approached to develop a magazine for Future/Immediate Media which became The Knitter. She launched and edited the magazine for 5 years and still contributes articles and designs.

Juliet regularly teaches knitting in the UK and around the world, with Fair Isle as her favourite technique, bringing a relaxed teaching style that encourages and supports her students.
